BKFC 41 Results, Highlights, Photos: Mike Perry, Eddie Alvarez Victorious

Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship held its biggest event yet Saturday night in Denver, Colorado, USA. The event was broadcast on pay-per-view in the United States, and streamed internationally on the BKFC app and Fite TV.

Mike Perry Defeats Luke Rockhold

The main event pitted former UFC star and current BKFC contender Mike Perry versus former UFC champ Luke Rockhold.

Perry (3-0 BKFC) proved himself the better bare knuckle fighter, stopping Rockhold in the second round.

Rockhold ate some big shots and couldn’t continue, giving Perry his first BKFC stoppage win after decisions over Julian Lane and Michael Page.

Eddie Alvarez Defeats Chad Mendes

In the co-main event, former UFC and Bellator champion Eddie Alvarez won a split decision over former UFC star Chad Mendes.

Both fighters were down twice in the five rounder. Alvarez won by scores of 47-46 (twice) and 46-47.

Christine Ferea Stops Bec Rawlings

In the sole title fight of the night, Christine Ferea defeated Bec Rawlings via TKO. Rawlings couldn’t continue because of an eye cut after the second round.

“Big Ben” Clocks “Cuddly Bear

BKFC heavyweight contender “Big” Ben Rothwell (2-0 BKFC) prevailed over Josh “Cuddly Bear” Copeland in a heavyweight bout.

Rothwell, a former UFC contender, won when Copeland’s corner stopped the bout after three rounds.
