BKFC 35 Fight Card & How to Watch
Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship holds its first fight card of 2023 this Friday, 27 January.
BKFC 35 takes place in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina-it’s the promotion’s first visit to the state.
Fans can watch the action live and free on the BKFC app. The fights start at 8pm EST.
That’s 1am Saturday morning in the UK.
“Gogo” vs Cedeno
The main event is a battle of unbeaten welterweights.
Macedonia’s Gorjan “Gogo” Slaveski (4-0) faces Yosdenis Cedeno (2-0), a former UFC competitor.
Slaveski won his first 3 fights by stoppage-all in the first or second round.
In his last fight, Slaveski went the distance for the first time. He won a unanimous decision against Russia’ Evgeny Kurdanov.
Cedeno won a split decision against Alan Arzeno in his BKFC debut in 2021.
In his last bout, the Cuban again went the distance, winning by unanimous decision against Mario Vargas.
Andy Nguyen Returns to BKFC
In a featured bout, MMA veteran and kickboxer Andy “The CrAsian” Nguyen makes her second BKFC appearance.
Nguyen showed good boxing skills in defeating Cassie Robb by decision in her BKFC debut.
Her oppponent Veronika Dmitriyeva lost her BKFC debut, getting stopped by Jenny Savage.
Nguyen will be the favourite on fight night. She’s from the area, so she’ll enjoy home crowd support in the female battle.
